​Mark’s Asphalt Paving & Seal Coating is a family-owned company based in Leander, Texas, with over 25 years of experience serving Central Texas and the Hill Country.  

Our Story
Mark’s roots run deep in Leander—his family settled here in 1980, and he attended local schools through high school. Many residents know Mark personally, and his reputation for integrity and hard work has grown right alongside the community.
Mark’s passion for paving started at a young age. He learned the trade by working alongside his father, who owned an asphalt paving business. By age 17, Mark was leading full crews on his own, gaining the hands-on expertise that shaped him into the craftsman he is today.

Building a Business
As Central Texas expanded, so did the demand for quality driveways, parking lots, and roads. In 2008, Mark launched Mark’s Asphalt Paving & Seal Coating. With decades of knowledge and a strong commitment to customer care, the company quickly built a reputation for reliability, high-quality work, and a personal touch that stands out in the industry.
